Napa Wine Shipping is a user-friendly platform tailored for wineries and industry professionals. It enables you to efficiently pay for and print UPS shipping labels through our self-service printing system.
To get started, register by providing your company information and billing details. Once your request is reviewed by our team, you’ll receive a confirmation that grants you access to your personalized shipping portal. Just simply log in, select your shipment size, and choose from the available shipping options in your cart. Then, proceed to checkout and print your labels!
Request an Account
Simply request an account by filling out the account request form. We review all new requests within 24 hours. After your account request has been approved, you will have the ability to Ship Now and print labels to ship on demand.
Place an Order
Ordering is easy! After setting up an account, you simply navigate to the Ship Now link in the Menu, select number of bottles your customer is receiving, add their address, and check out!
Just Print and Ship
Shipping orders is even easier! Simply Print your order, apply it to your customers package, and bring it to any UPS drop off location! Additionally, wo offer white glove services, contact us directly to schedule a winery pick up. (Additional service fees apply.)
